What’s your WoW character’s true personality?

As humans, we possess qualities that separate us from the rest of our humanoid brethren. These qualities spew from us on a daily basis and we don’t even realize it. Some of us can be extremely polite, shy all the way to self-serving, or even (unfortunately) behave like a jerk-off. But have you ever taken the time to sit and think about how these personalities are portrayed in your character in World of Warcraft?

Self-serving: These gamers can lie in a multitude of classes depending on their talent spec. DPS classes and PVPers, mainly. Rogues, Mages, Hunters are just a couple examples. Even DPS Warriors can find themselves in this category. A self-serving player is not to be portrayed as a bad thing, but these players would rather empower themselves over their counterparts.

Goofy: Every guild has at least one. If you enjoy eliciting a smile or acting extremely goofy over ventrilo, then you are more than likely playing a Mage, Warlock or Rogue. These classes can exhibit silly behavior in PVP or even in raid groups. You don’t necessarily have to be playing the preceding, but experiences have shown you probably are.

Generous: Healers and Warriors, I’m talking to you. These players think nothing of themselves and would rather be a hero. They receive their thanks when saving the day with l33t heals or pulling adds. Either way, we must always give our thanks to such players and reward them handsomely.

Shy: Shy players can encompass nearly all classes that do not display an active role in a raid environment. It is safe to say that we can include just about everything but the main-tank. These players lay low on Vent and typically come out of left field and drop 2 Billion DKP on highly favored items. These are the players you normally need to look out for.

Most gamers fit the bill with the previous descriptions. We could even go as far as saying that perhaps the class you play defines your real-life behavior, in so far as what your character does, you do as well. In any case, gamers have had plenty of years of gaming experience and know exactly where they fit, whether they like it or not.
