Team Update/Xfire Streams/Didy 3
Over the course of WOTLK we’ve seen things go from just different to much worse and from much worse to absolutely awful. The game as of date seems to be lacking in the department that made it competitive pre-wrath. I’ve died instantly, I’ve killed people instantly and damage is anything but healable. I recently put my primary focus on playing a priest as opposed to a warlock. As Glick has proven, warlocks are still viable in the right environment, but I think at this point my time will be better spent learning something that isn’t in such bad shape.
Lock to priest was a relatively simple transition. Priest requires a much more aggressive play-style, but at this stage in the game all pro-gamers should know how to play at least 3 classes above 2300. As far as I can tell, Priest/Mage/Rogue will still be the strongest composition that supports a priest. Fortunately for us, Got Game recently invested in picking up a mage to stay competitive in this ever changing game, and I must say that thus far I am extremely pleased with that investment. Selketh and I have been rivals/teammates for nearly a year now and I’m confident with a little more practice on behalf of Vaux and myself we will be a tournament level PMR. Green and I are working on a few other alternatives given that both of our classes got canned this expansion. Green is playing paladin and I’ve begun the gearing process on my warrior. Vaux also managed to level and gear a DK. With these three classes at our disposal, in addition to our mains, there is endless possibility in what we “could” do. We’re still contemplating what our primary line up will be, but given all our options, I assure you once that discovery is made GGW will be a wrecking ball in the 2009 tournament season.
Xfire Streams
Xfire streams have become incredibly popular over the course of the past month or so. Big name players are growing accustom to streaming all of their games especially since Xfire requires little to no computer resources while streaming. I personally love the idea of being able to see the good, the bad and ugly; the wins and the losses, the mistakes, as well as the flawless play. The variety you get with such a useful program is amazing. 2v2’s with Zyz, 3v3’s with Affix, and 5v5’s with Paperkat. The Got Game crew all have active streams and if you want a taste of what arenas should look like. The links can be found here;

Didy 3
I have begun working on my third video and everyone can expect to see its’ release in the following months. I’m taking a different approach in this video and trying some new things. Expect game by game vent recordings and dual PoV from both Selketh and myself. I will hopefully be able to incorporate all 3 of my strong points and include not only priest games but warlock and warrior as well. Keep an eye out for it.
