Obscure: The Aftermath has just been ported for the PSP, just in time for Halloween! You could indulge in your favorite cult horror Blockbuster rental, why not dive into a survival horror game for a much more interactive experience?
This is my first taste of the Obscure franchise, having missed out on not only the first game, but also the original version of this sequel. I hope to offer a unique view to others who have never had the pleasure, but are curious to give it a try.

Okay, like Ken Levine says, “We’re all a giant bunch of f’ing nerds,” right? Right. You know we all say that we go out and pick up the ladies on gaming forums and WoW community sites. But if we ever were actually caught saying that in person, we’d look like McLovin, “chickie-wut-wut!” Truth is, we don’t even really want to do that. We’ve all had frustrations while playing our favorite PC games: unreasonably long install times, poor key mapping and save files hidden in seemingly random folders. Thankfully, Alec Meer over at Rock, Paper, Shotgun has quantified ten of the most fundamental design flaws that can give PC gamers grey hairs at a premature age so developers are finally aware of their taboos and can avoid them in the future. While his list is most certainly true, it seems to be centered around single player games and I think a few more items should be added to the list that specifically relate to multiplayer.
