League of Legends Snowdown Showdown

League of Legends is still in Pre-Season allowing fans to get a feel for the game and level their summoners before Season 1 begins next year, but Riot Games announced their first annual Snowdown Showdown taking place December 16, 2009 to January 6, 2010.

To celebrate, Riot Games is offered limited edition content for the title for this event. Examples of the content are a holiday variation of a map, Holiday themed Champion skins, Runes based on the season, and items.

Glyph of the Gracious Gift - +0.12 ability power per level (+2.16 at champion level 18)
Seal of the Stout Snowman - +.72 health per level (+12.96 at champion level 18)
