Genetic Link Found Between Premature Ejaculation and Being Good At Video Games

Paula Hall, a sexual psychotherapist, dispels the myth of climaxing too soon being purely psychological. Men who prematurely ejaculate had less serotonin active between nerves in the section of their brain that controls ejaculation. But aside from making sex too short, this low level of serotonin also changes the way signals are transferred in the body so that the men’s reflexes are actually faster.

Hall said, “These men have very quick reflexes. They may be excellent at playing tennis or computer games, for example.” She also noted that premature ejaculation can still be psychological if it is happening with one partner or in one specific situation and not in others, but in most cases it is linked to the serotonin levels in the brain. Mallrats BedThey are currently working on medicines to cure the premature release, but would this medication also damper the patient’s reflexes? They have yet to release information about how any treatment might affect hardcore gamers or athletes, which means, at this point, it’s a question a man might want to ask himself: if longer intimacy means longer response time in-game, is it really worth it?
